Step up to the Brown SN 420 SA semi-automatic bandsaw when you need hydraulic clamping, controlled bow movement, automatic bow return and capacity up to 11 inches round at 90°.

SN 300 Newton Manual Gravity-Feed Bandsaw

The SN 300 Newton gives shops a simple, dependable way to cut tube, pipe, profiles and solids without the cost or complexity of a fully automatic machine. Its gravity-controlled dynamic feed lets the balanced bow descend through the material, while a flow regulator allows the operator to control cutting pressure.

The saw cuts round material up to 8.7 inches at 90° and miters up to 60° left and 45° right. A large rotating miter table supports the material as the saw head changes angle.

Brown SN 420 SA Semi-Automatic Bandsaw

The Brown SN 420 SA adds a hydraulic vise, controlled bow movement, foot-pedal cycle start and automatic bow return. It is designed for shops that make repeated cuts but still position the material manually.

With round capacity up to 11 inches at 90°, dual-direction mitering and manual or semi-automatic operating modes, the SN 420 SA is the production-oriented choice in the Pedrazzoli band saw line.

Manual or Semi-Automatic ~ Which Band Saw Do You Need?

Choose a manual gravity-feed band saw when production volume is moderate, cut lengths change frequently and an operator can reset the machine after each cut. The SN 300 Newton is a strong fit for maintenance departments, job shops and general fabrication.

Choose a semi-automatic band saw when repeated operator motions are slowing production. The Brown SN 420 SA controls the cutting cycle and bow return, helping different operators achieve more consistent results.

Band Saw or Circular Cold Saw?

A band saw is usually the more flexible choice for large sections, solids and mixed profiles. A circular cold saw is often the better choice when cycle speed and a burr-free, weld-ready finish are the highest priorities on tube and profiles.

Many fabrication shops use both: a band saw for larger or changing material and a cold saw for fast production cutoff work.
